“Whoops-a-daisy” bump balm…mostly for me as I have severe clumsyitis but the kids are also allowed to use it to soothe bumps and bruises.
1. Lay out daisy heads on a sunny windowsill to remove excess moisture.
2. Pop them in a jar with carrier oil of your choice (I just use olive oil).
3. Return to sunny windowsill for 4/5 weeks, strain liquid to remove daisies, et voilà…a comforting bump/bruise balm provided by nature.
