
Last week Wild Women Events took to Tollymore Forest for a Pause in Nature self-care wander. We meandered through the beautiful forest, listening to the sounds of nature and tuned into our own bodies and thoughts for a few hours.

I led the group on some self-care journaling with some gentle prompts and we had a super morning chatting about how we like to look after our wellbeing as well as setting some intentions for the busy festive season which lies ahead.

It was such a calm and relaxing morning and I think we all went home feeling better for it and with greater understanding that looking after ourselves in body, mind and spirit is essential for us as individuals but also massively benefits those around us too!
