SPACE TO BREATHE…TIME TO THINK…VIEWS TO INSPIRE…
Let me ask you a question…
How often do you take time out to really listen to your inner thoughts?
I personally find it immensely difficult to hear myself think at times in this noisy world. That’s why I head for the hills most weeks…it is here that I hear my thoughts most clearly, where I feel connected not only to the beautiful natural world around me, but also to my truest self.
It’s where I find space to breathe, time to think and get to enjoy views that always inspire me…
On Saturday 18th January, I will be taking a small group of women on an exciting mountain trail wander in the Mournes (views like this aplenty!) and I still have a few spaces available if you’d like to create some time in your life for headspace, fresh air and gentle exercise. Wild Women Wanders are suitable for beginners to hiking and you can book via the eventbrite link below.
Come join me for an adventure that will leave your mind feeling clearer and your body energised. It’s gonna be a lot of fun!
